Writing a book is like having a baby; it is special and sacred to you beyond words. You might even feel so connected to it and so protective of it, that it is even scary to have your book published. I understand exactly how you feel. I was once in your shoes and the thought of allowing someone access to my book was not very comfortable, and so I decided to self publish my own book.
I quickly discovered that was not an easy process but step by step, my son and I figured it out, and within weeks I was a published author of "The Infinite Power of YOU! And, within months we had successfully launched a Global Publishing Company. By the end of the year, we were a full fledged publishing company, offering publishing services to authors worldwide. Within 6 years, we have helped over 5000 authors publish their books, allowing them to keep all the rights and control of their books.
One thing was missing and that was distribution. With the help of an incredible staff, we innovated a new way for self published authors to receive distribution through our company, and as a result ECKO House Publishing was born. Again, feeling like a new mother of a great concept in publishing, I now offer you all the benefits of a full fledged publishing company at the lowest prices in the industry and the highest quality of service.
But, to tell you the truth, its more than a business to me, ECKO House Publishing is a way to spread Love and Good Feelings; maybe this sounds a little odd for a business owner to be speaking from the heart but if you really think about it, what else is there? We have all learned that traditional business methods often leave people feeling alone, isolated or not cared about - how can an author succeed if they feel that their publisher does not care about them? I know that part of my mission in life is to give authors a voice and a platform on which to stand.
